A meaty Pork rib marinated in our own sticky bbq sauce. Oven Bake or BBQ/Smoke at 130 to 150 Deg for upto four hours. or until tender to probe. Baste in pan juices every hour or so.
To serve let cool, slice bone side up and serve tossed through your favourite bbq sauce. Why not pick up a Cobra while in store
